We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and ZII gift cards purchased at ziiropa.com.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from Mexico City within 3–7 business days via FedEx, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Mexico, United States and Canada

Duties and taxes are covered by us on every order, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Shipping is free on orders over $200 USD.

International

Orders outside North America ship at a flat rate of $25–65 USD, depending on the destination. Duties and taxes set by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We don’t offer refunds to the original payment method.

Pieces must come back as they left us: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We recommend trying things on before removing any tags.

How to exchange

Email info@ziiropa.com with your order number and the piece you’d like to exchange.

· United States: We’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label. A flat $10 USD is deducted from your store credit or exchange to cover it.

· Mexico and Canada: We’ll arrange the return with you directly.

· International: Return shipping, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges must be sent from the country the order was delivered to.

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to ship or your store credit to be issued. Orders paid with store credit ship free when the new order is over $300 USD.

If a piece arrives back worn, washed or damaged, we’ll contact you before anything else. Pieces that can’t be exchanged are returned at the customer’s cost.

Sale items are final sale.

GIFT CARDS

ZII gift cards can be purchased online and sent by email to friends and family. Online gift cards are redeemable at ziiropa.com only and can’t be used at our studio.
