We will be shipping within 3 to 7 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped via Fedex and as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We offer free shipping on orders over $500 USD to Mexico, US & Canada. We offer international shipping with a flat rate between $45-80 USD. The cost of shipping is dependent on the shipping country. Any duties and taxes levied by your country remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted for exchange or credit only. We are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns must be shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL, with tracking sent to info@ziiropa.com. We do not accept any returns sent to us by national courier services such as USPS.

Free Shipping cannot be accepted with the use of Store Credit unless your new order is over $500USD.

Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@ziiropa.com.

All sale items are final sale.

Clients are responsible for the exchange shipping costs and any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original, return shipments, and exchange).

Zii Ropa Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online and cannot be used for purchases at our showroom.
